Again I have to expect that this hasn't been transcribed correctly;  
the form as you've cited it would have to be a 3 pl. aorist of  
KATAKTUPEW, a KATA- compound of KTUPEW. I don't find the compound in  
LSJ but the form is nevertheless intelligible enough. But it is  
plural, not singular, and the meaning would be clearer if you'd cited  
the noun that the article THN has to be construed with.
