Greetings,

For the formula ZEU PATHR, also see Iliad 7.179; Oedipus Tyrannus 202. See Olympian Odes 2.25-27; 2.75-76; 6.81; 7.85-89; 10.45; 13.25-26; 14.12; Nemean Odes 5.10, 33; 8.35; 9.31; 9.53; 10.29; 10.55, 10.75; Isthmian Odes 6.42; 8.23 for occurrences of where Pindar refers to deity as "Father." You might also want to cf. the entry for PATHR in Richard John Cunliffe, A Lexicon of the Homeric Dialect (Norman: University of Oklahoma Press, 1963). Finally Peter Widdicombe writes that Homer refers to Zeus as "Father" (PATHR) over 100 times. See his article "Fatherhood and the Conception of God in Early Greek Christian Literature," Anglican Theological Review 82.3 (2000): 519-536.
