[B-Greek] Any Greek grammars use non-Erasmusan Pronunciation scheme?

I have no trouble accepting that the "Erasmian" pronunciation is not
accurate for the pronunciation of Greek of any era but I do have
trouble believing that a scholar of his caliber would devise this
pronunciation scheme as a result of a practical joke.  I think it much
more likely he tried to reconstruct ancient Greek pronunciation based
on study, but failed.  That makes him a scholar who came to a wrong
conclusion, not a gullible ditz.
