I also keep a Word document of the Perseus Smyth (with links to the old Perseus version included) at
http://www.letsreadgreek.org/resources/

It is not as good as the others, but at least you can cut and paste it and don't need internet access.

It is listed in the "resources" folder as SmythPerseus.docx (2007 - 6meg) or SmythPerseus.doc(1997-2003 70meg).

Perseus' new link (got omitted from the last post) is
http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Perseus:text:1999.04.0007

The Perseus Smyth index only shows the "chapter" = section number, so it is kind of hard to navigate.
They have fixed their missing sections. So the Perseus version is now complete. But Perseus does not
give one access (via a link) to the list of verbs. The University of Chicago's site has that
verb list at
http://artflx.uchicago.edu/cgi-bin/philologic/getobject.pl?c.9:7.perseusmonographs
