Carl --

The full name of the book George Somsel referenced (BDAG) is *A
Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and other Early Christian
Literature*. The acronym is shorthand for the various editors over the
decades (Bauer, Danker, Arndt, Gingrich). If you already know about this
terrific reference tool, then please forgive the pedagogy.
