>> κατέβη οὗτος δεδικαιωμένος εἰς τὸν οἶκον αὐτοῦ παρ᾽ ἐκεῖνον· KATEBH HOUTOS
>> DEDIKAIOMENOS EIS TON OIKON AUTOU PAR' EKEINON
----------------------------------

It is PAR' EKEINON in NA27, but Scrivener has H EKEINOS and the Byzantine text
has H GAR (!) EKEINOS as Tischendorf has.
However, even if we look at the Scrivener text, BAGD suggests:

"H/ is used in comparison, w. the idea of exclusion (Ps.-Callisth. 1, 37, 4
‘blame your own king, not me’; Gen 38:26 DEDIKAIWTAI QAMAR H EGW; 2 Km 19:44;
Just., Apol. I 15, 8 on Lk 5:32 QELEI hO PATHR THN METANOIAN H THN KOLASIN)
DEDIKAIWMENOS H EKEINOS rather than (=and not) the other man Lk 18:14 v.l. (cf.
Gen 38:26)"

So, Gen 38:26 is more relevant than I thought. I had not noticed the alternative
readings before.
