[B-Greek] Epictetus Discourses Reading Group

It looks like a group on Textkit will be reading some of Epictetus' Discourses (most likely Discourses I). The link can be found at http://www.textkit.com/greek-latin-forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9830&p=76259#p76259  Epictetus' Discourses are in literary Koine, which is similar to the Greek in book of Hebrews in the New Testament.  Epictetus talks about many of the same themes present in the New Testament in regard to self-control, behavior, consequence of actions, etc., but from a secular Hellenistic perspective. Those who want to improve their Koine by reading something unfamiliar should consider giving a try.
