[B-Greek] Use of HAGIOS in Eph 3:5 and Eph 3:8

In Ephesians 3:8 the word HAGIWN is used in apparent isolation and is
translated as saints (KJV) or God's people (NIV).
My question is whether it should in fact be related back to the phrase TOIS
HAGIOIS APOSTOLOIS AUTOU in verse 5 thus making a rendering of "the least of
all apostles".
Would this association be grammatically sound?
