[B-Greek] Aspect of KATALLASSWN in 2Cor 5,19

The present participle here construes with HN and is what's termed a  
"periphrastic imperfect" formed with a present participle and an  
imperfect of the verb EINAI. Thus HN KATALLASSWN is equivalent to  
KATHLLASSEN, imperfect 3 sg. of KATALLASSW. There's nothing "gnomic"  
about this.
