[B-Greek] Aspect of KATALLASSWN in 2Cor 5,19

Thank you, Mr. Conrad !
Most of our German translations treat HN and KATALLASSWN seperatly, not as a 
unit in form of a periphrastic imperfect - just as the English NKJ does: 
"that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself". In case that 
makes sense as well, I wonder what the participle's aspect may be.
