[B-Greek] Punctuation of John 9:3-4

Hi Oun Kwon, thank you. This paraphrase is what I would like to think was really meant by the passage. What paraphrase is this? I thought it might be The Message, but I looked that up and it isn't. Although the way The Message renders it has the same sense, I would say.

9:3 “Yea, he was born blind. Yet, it is not that they or who have
sinned — this man or his parents — that matters;
