2Cor. 3:15 ALL᾿ hEWS SHMERON hHNIKA AN ANAGINWSKHTAI MWU+SHS, KALUMMA EPI THN KARDIAN AUTWN KEITAI· 16 hHNIKA DE EAN EPISTREYHi PROS KURION, PERIAIREITAI TO KALUMMA.
In regard to the semantic significance of hHNIKA DE EAN in verse 16, is it safe to say that a temporal relationship between EPISTREYHi PROS KURION and PERIAIREITAI TO KALUMMA exhausts Paul's intended meaning here? In other words, there is nothing implied in this statement about a causal and/or conditional relationship between EPISTREYHi ... and PERIAIREITAI ... ?
