Although Carl understood what Philo was saying, I didn't notice him or the other responders making the following corrections explicitly (I might simply have missed it).
Brian, you said: 'Then we have another article in the accusative, which I would assume would be tied to clause TACIN AQANATON BION ZWSIN - "an ordered (or "arranged") immortal life." (I would assume Philo would use a more Greek phrasiology here.)'
Note that the accusative TACIN restricts/modifies TETAGMENOI and the accusative AQANATON BION restricts/modifies ZWSIN.
You then wrote: 'We also have the dative prepositional phrase PARA TWi ONTI QEWi ("being alongside the God") ...'
Note that ONTI modifies QEWi. What kind of God? "The existing (i.e., real) God", if you will.
