I used to have a computer program that had a "concordance" feature that
would gather up a list of vocabulary occurrences for any given passage,
including a whole NT book. but it quit working several operating system
upgrades ago.

closest resource I can think of is Sakae Kubo's "Reader's Greek-English
Lexicon of the New Testament" which is organized by NT book. It has a
glossary of the most common NT words at the back, a short vocabulary
list at the beginning of each NT book for words common in that book but
not so common in the NT as a whole, and then a verse-by-verse list of
even less frequent words in that verse.

Amazon.com has a "Look Inside" that shows some of the pages for Matthew,
to give you an idea.

I think this book would suit your purpose.
