It looks to me as though both GENNHQENTA and MONOGENH are accusative and 
would modify TON hUION.  Could you send in unicode Greek as well?  Something 
like, "and in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, begotten from God the 
Father, only-begotten, that is from the essence of the Father, God from 
God... κ.τ.λ.
