I'm really surprised no one has mentioned the Tyndale Unicode
Keyboards (for both Mac and PC) —maybe somebody did and I missed it.

The package includes the Cardo font and both Greek polytonic and
Hebrew keyboards, and transliteration for both languages. The Hebrew
one includes vowel points and accents. And not only is the Cardo font
very nice looking, it works well for both Greek and Hebrew. Very handy
if, like me, you want to use Greek and Hebrew/Aramaic script in the
same document. A keyboard chart for both languages is included.

I absolutely love this set of keyboards and use them as my defaults
for typing Biblical languages. And a bonus is that if you prefer to
use Greek or Hebrew fonts other than Cardo, it supports them too. If
you're a fontaholic like me (80+ Greek fonts and 40+ Hebrew/Aramaic
fonts installed on our trusty eMac, running OS X 10.4.11), it is great
to be able to experiment with different fonts, yet use the same
keyboard. Did I mention that I love this keyboard set??

It is a breeze to switch from one language to another with this set.
I've used these keyboards in both Mac OS X (10.3.x and 10.4.x) and
Windows (XP, Vista) for 3-4 years now and I highly recommend them.

And yes, they're at a great price: FREE! (Disclaimer: I have no
connection with Tyndale House, just a satisfied user.)

Speaking of Unicode fonts, another good font that handles both Greek
and Hebrew is Titus Cyberbit Basic. Here's a link for it:
