Dear Robert,

I would recommend the following articles found in
Colin Brown, editor, New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology,
Volume 1,
KTISIS, pp. 376-378, 381, 383-386, 388F.
KTISMA, pp. 378, 381-383, 385-387.
KTISTHS, pp. 378, 382f., 387.
KTIZW, pp. 378-380, 383f., 387f.

That is beside what LSJ, BDAG & TDNT have.

I suspect that what you are actually asking is what the LXX, Apocrypha and
Pseudepigrapha Literature has that would be brought to bear as background on the
NT understanding of the term.

En Xristwi,

Rev. Bryant J. Williams III
