I have seen nothing to indicate that ταχέως TAXEWS would ever indicate ease
rather than speed.

Or does ταχεως perhaps convey the idea of how easily rather than how quickly
or how soon, they were changed to the other gospel?

I'm not so sure. I think it just means that the Galatians are turning
so quickly since the time they've heard the other gospel, not since
the founding of their churches.
