I would instinctively take the first META with PERIPATHSAI and the second
with ANEXOMENOI (on semantic, not syntactic grounds). Those who make a
study of such things do indicate that USUALLY the main term precedes its
modifiers, so possibly the second META also goes with PERIPATHSAI (the
punctuation in UBS3 suggests this), but in close proximity this can vary.
The fact that the META is repeated, rather than MAKROQUMIA being tacked
on with TAPEINOFROSUNHS and PRAUTHTOS, suggests that my instinct is right
(should go with ANEXOMENOI)
