There is indeed scarcity of lexical data for the word in question in
both the LXX and BHS. Unfortunately, the new Koehler-Baumgartner
stops, at present, with sin. I don't have it in German.
Here's BDB - exitialia, fatal things - poet. for weapons; many other
conjectures in the commentaries.
Here's R. Alcalay - citadel, fortress; armory; (others) military
built magnificently; builded with turrets.
Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament had nothing of significance.
Greek-English Lexicon of the Septuagint gives "*courses of stones* (of
Liddell & Scott Ninth has nothing, nor does their intermediate.
So, my recommendation, which I see has already been suggested by
others, is to take this sparse lexical information, then go dig in the
