Introduction

The Unofficial Archive of the U.S. Army Signal Corps in Northwest Europe in WWII began to share information I found researching my late father's, Felix A. Cizewski's, service. As did so many other WWII veterans, he shared almost nothing about his experiences.

This may be one of the few active sites about the service of men and women of the Signal Corps in northwest Europe in WWII.

Veterans and their families have shared additional stories and artifacts.

Some of information is from sources which predate the internet and are not available on the web. Some information on the internet are not easily retrievable or have not been digitized in a searchable format.

Others researching their family member's' service may be able to skip some of the time consuming process I needed to find this information.

Others may gain insights into what their family member experienced by studying the artifacts and stories of those who served in similar units at similar times and places.
