Chatham County - Pittsboro - Hall-London House

[NC Div of Archives and History sign] A distant relative to SunSITE's very own Larry London, Henry Armand London (1846-1958) lived in Pittsboro and was the editor of the Chatham Record from 1878-1918.


[Henry London house, Pittsboro] His house on Pittsboro Street in downtown Pittsboro, North Carolina, still stands and serves as offices for a law firm and an editorial service.

[Front of the London-Hall house] The Hall-London House has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1982, and is one of about forty properties which are listed as such in Chatham County.
