Wool is a common organic fertilizer:
Organic Fert. N-P-K
---------------- --------
Hoof/horn 14-0-0
Blood 10-1.5-0
Fish 9-7-0
Wool/felt/feathers 8-2-0
If it is dirty it would be raised very slightly.
