[nafex] Iced

One year when a late freeze was to hit while the Hardy Kiwis,Pawpaw, and
pecans were either in blossem or starting I ran a sprinkler all night. It
was a solid block of ice next morning. But it surprised me cause everything
that had been iced continued to blossem and fruit ones that didn't get iced
were done.

Lucky,
I have a possible solution for you...

Buy yourself one of these artificial snow machines that they use in ski
centers, blow 6 feet of snow in your orchard, and the time required to melt
the snow will delay bloom past the late freeze date...
But I will agree with you that this method also has some inconveniences.
