straw, hay supports protozoa dominance
HAY has protozoa, straw may or may not.
wood-based compost/mulch supports fungi dominance
That's correct
vermicompost supports fungal and protozoa dominance
No, it depends on what foods you put in the worm compost
what mulches/composts are dominated by bacteria?
Green plant material supports bacteria
