My 2 cents......

I have used dried comfrey, mixed with compost, as a top dressing in my gard=
en. If memory serves, comfrey is a hyper-accumulator of minerals, like pot=
assium. I have also used dried burdock leaves in some experimental top dre=
ssing formulations.

Comfrey can be an invasive plant since it is hard to kill and it spreads. I=
have cut it back a few times during the season to harvest leaf biomass and=
it grows back like a champ.

One of the things I have noticed about biodynamic formulations is that one =
can find nuggets of scientifically valid approaches nested within the cerem=
ony of RSteiner. For example, using mineral accumulating plants, to make fo=
liar or soil liquids makes sense once you have connected the mineral & plan=
t.

One can also consider using a tree leaf based compost to make a mineral ric=
h liquid compost extract.
