The short answer is 'yes' on the LCE question and it should be good for may=
be a week's time.
I would recommend place the gallon of compost into the 5 gallons of water a=
nd stirring, as mentioned previously. After 24 hours, strain the slurry th=
ru a paint strainer bag.
