[compost_tea] Re: Best Environmental Technologies?
Mike,
I agree entirely.
But I tend to mistrust what is unknown. The company seems to be keeping its=
product completely secret. Not even any hints as to what it might be other=
than to say that it stimulates the biology in the soil.
I didn't start this discussion to disparage the product. They have some ver=
y impressive testimonials on a DVD - and some reasonable but fairly simplis=
tic soil biology information. If nothing else, they are starting to educate=
some farmers and move them somewhat towards sustainability - although only=
somewhat as they suggest you mix their product with your herbicide/insecti=
cide/chemical fertilizers!
I only wanted to see if anyone had any information on what is in the produc=
t.
I also didn't ask the question because I am thinking of using the product. =
I used a bit a few years ago without any noticeable benefit. I have a frien=
d who asked me what I know about the product because his brother has starte=
d selling it.
