Great article Dan. I believe that most people are overworked, tired and wa=
nt an easy answer, even if it's not correct. "Just tell me the one thing th=
at will solve all of my problems!" The truth is gray, not black and white, =
and it takes patience and discipline to understand. Doesn't fit on a 30 se=
cond news bite.
