Bacteria and fungus can definitely aerosolize both in the bucket and out th=
e
sprayer, so there is a nonzero risk. But, considering that aeration bubbles
are aerosolizing the tea when people stoop to smell the brew, I think by no=
w
people would have noticed a connection between sniffing bad tea and getting
sick. In comparison, you're more likely to get an infected paper cut from
working in the dirt.
