It sounds like you're on top of qualitative
assessment, which is great. Lots to learn and
improve your blends and get positive landscape
results.

Your question deals with biosafety, regardless
of the way you "ask" it.

Commercial applicators should also be doing lab
pathogen testing for compost substrates and brewed
teas, for starters.
