Doesn't seems a smart idea to blow Ozone in an AACT.

While you can use oxygen in your AACT, and O3, ozone (an instable
molecule) falls apart in water and O2gas.
With your brewery, your goal is to let the microbes grow & multiply ( fast).

The known action of Ozone on microbes is it kills them,
thats why Ozone is used to clean wastwaters, poolwater & drinkingwater.

While blowing Ozone in your brewer you'll enrich the bubbles with Oxygen,
but that ozone will first burn / kill lots of microbes.( and in that
process fall apart)
