Hi Lloyd -

Good point! Use the foliar rate. Tom Piatkowski always has a good point too
- be very careful about the actual concentration of humic acid in any
product. Sometimes the price seems cheaper, but it's only because the
product is more dilute.

It is better to use humic acid that has been extracted using hot water, or
cold water, than the strong acids and bases. So always ask.

We work with a product in Australia, made by a company called Tryton, that is
amazing fungal food, thick, rich humic materials, made from worm compost and
extracted with water in a special process. It is amazing material and grows
fantastic fungi. I hope they bring this technology to the US!
