I was thinking about using a tankless hot water heater although it would be=
expensive for me ($300 - $500). Might make more sense for those selling te=
a year-round. I need to replace a hot water heater for making calf milk rep=
lacer, so it might do it anyway.
This page has many of them listed in one place with their prices.

I agree with Lloyd, that if you can get the water warm, it will take awhile=
for it too cool... hopefully longer than the brew cycle. Perhaps it would =
be good for the temps to change a little over the brew cycle so not only th=
e microbes at the preset temp will be happy...???

What is the desired temperature range for tea?
