To reduce the cost of controlling the cost of the tea's temperature during
the brewing process, it would seem appropriate to use solar heat to get the
water up to 70 degrees ($$$ low cost). You could hand mix hot and cold
water until it reaches the desired temperature. Then we can insulate it to
keep it there or at least minimize the temperature loss - bales of hay might
work. From that point a thermostat with conventionally heated water ($$$)
could be used. Or a pump with the solar heated water using the thermostat.
