Elaine,
Where does molasses, raw, made from sugar beet stand in recomendations for =
using in C.T.I am using this but certainly will not be organic in Portugal.
My dictioanry gives the meaning of blackstrap as'a mixture of rum and molas=
ses' !!
But presumably the following is correct
'BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES
In sugar refining, molasses is separated from the sugar crystals after each=
of three boiling or extraction processes that sugar cane goes through. The=
3rd and final separation is called blackstrap molasses, and is used mostly=
as an ingredient in cattle feed.'

Regards. Bill H.

'But we are talking blackstrap, organic molasses, not dry cane products.' =
