[compost_tea] Low Fungi

Had first tea of season tested that was made from Worm Wonder
ammended with oat flour (and got the "santa claus beard" in
compost). Used Terra Vita Humic A, Organic gem Fish H & kelp as
foods in tea.
Got total Bact _at_1820, total Fungi @0.53. 23 hour brew, temps in
high 70s F. Notes from SFI said lots of Protozoa (it wasn't
measured).

USPS took 2 days to deliver instead of one (probably part of
problem). Any thoughts on why such high Bacteria and low Fungi when
I used fungal food?? Maybe a shorter brew time since somehow
bacteria apparently "took over".?

A nice chart to see would be Bact & Fungi vs time in a typical
fungal brew. Yea I know there is no such thing as a typical brew.
