thanks for the detailed posting. I looked at the SFI test results of AH and
it's dazzling. Have you done a correlation between the bacteria and fungi
in the humus and the resulting numbers in the tea ? I am interested in how
many of them survive the swim :-) and do the ratios change after brewing ?
