Yes I do agree about complex sugars and Fungi
and who said anything about complex sugars
and fungi anyway.
There are teas for bacterial preferring plants
and teas for fungal preferring plants all
depending on soil types found.
Iam only aware of some random experiments
(always interesting) of minute amounts of hopefully complex sugars
being added at 8 and 14 hours into a brew I was told of.
Also SFI does have a tea brewing manual that is a "Great" place to
start from.
And getting your teas & compost tested is a given otherwise you are
irresponsible as a (you fill in this space _____), Selling a tea
brewer without a guide is rather questionable practice I would think.
By the way I do measure my complex sugars to stay with in the recipes
calculations.
