RE: [compost_tea] Re: Re: SoilSoup Bioblender

No air pump but none the less it has an air input device. EPM’s machines have none of the fragile nature of the Soil Soup bioblender and there is NO air input, just a proprietary “bioblender”.. All of the parts are easily replaced readily available components. The Alaskan 5 gallon gets better results with a $10USD aquarium pump and some irrigation tubing. The tubing needs to be replaced often but is cheap. It comes with good instructions, nutrients and compost. All for $68USD. $261USD more for the SS machine doesn’t seem like a good deal from here.

EPM's 22 gallon machine is a "tea-pumped" system. No air pump there, as far
as I can tell. If it can produce a fungal tea, I don't get how a soilsoup
unit wouldn't do it too, and I will certainly hold on to my bioblender for
small batches, eh?
