Jose,
I am not starting a flame here.
I am not ready to say a lower pH makes better
fungal teas. I say this because there is good fungal, just as there are good
bacteria all across the spectrum of pH, within range.I agree fungi do best in
lower pH (or do they create it?) . However, since we are really only growing the
fungi in the tea, not "breeding" them, doesn't it make sense that they will do
well in a range of pH as long as there is nutrient for them? We have
to make this as easy as possible.
So I guess my question/comment has to do with the
range and tolerance of fungi growth to pH.
Cheers,
Jeff L
