Oliver - When my grand kid / mother decided home school I thought it the dumest idea.  He is in second year college now ( still in highschool at the same time).  He learned to find out for himself.  As you gain years you will ( may) discover that to get anywhere you are going to find out for yourself.  It is the best education you can possible find.  He added some school work when that was his "contract".  It was up to him to succeed.  Go for it Oliver  Learning about life in the soil is something I wish I had started to learn  70+ years sooner.   Bob   Oh about the flour.  I bet Jeff is the one to ask. .
