Yeast are occassionally in tea, but rare, because they are rare in good
compost. We almost never see active yeasts in soil, compost or compost tea. But
they are present, and can be cultured on plates. But that doesn't mean much,
because the yeasts have dormant stages that allow them to be present, but not
active in conditions they do not grow in.

Yeast often produce alcohol in anaerobic conditions.
