To the question of how barometric pressure changes might affect
Oxygen reading in tea.
A large jump in barometric pressure from 29 to 30 would have the same
affect as changing altitude 1,000 feet.

The chart with my dissolved Oxygen meter is in meters but 300 meters
is about 1000 feet and the change at room temperature would only be
0.3ppm. This is not going to account for the differences in Kirk's
readings, it must be something else.
