Chris,
I know you are addressing Elaine Ingham, but in my experience When a
study is in review, in means it is being considered for
publication. Usually scientists with a paper in review will not
post the data until it is published. I had this experience when
contacting David Douds for info on his mycorrhiza research. He said
to check back in about 3 months.
Til then, there are a number of grape growers on this list who can
share their experience with you directly if that would be helpful.
I have been collecting their posts from the archives, and I would
say we have a good contingent of grape growers here using tea.
