I am aware of James Sottilo working on this last summer. Please chat with James. He may want to have two summers of results with Dutch Elm and American Elm under his belt before touting this as an answer.

In Australia, we've had success with diseases of banana (borers, for example), avocado, and mac nuts. You need to e-mail the Australia SFI for their info on these. The contact person is Effie.
