The Bulletin Room at Colorado State University sells a
technical bulletin (TB112, dated May 1990) titled "Quinoa Production in
Colorado." Contact Gail McKee to find out how to order it. Her e-mail
address is <bltnroom@extcomm.agsci.colostate.edu>. Phone 303/491-6198. I
haven't seen this publication, but it may likely include references for
additonal information.
