That's the point! Ecological economics (EE) concerns
itself with entropy in systems defined and measured based
upon the WAY WE USE THEM -- not how bacteria use them.
Seen from this perspective, the EE entropy issue becomes
quite simple to understand.
A strictly biological perspective would be very different --
and it seems much more complex.
