I noted that your post is written in a fashion which makes me think
that you do not believe humans to be "generalists". If this is indeed
the case, I would have to disagree strongly. Looking at the wide
variety of habitats, items considered as food, extreme range of
environmental conditions, I would hazard the opinion that the champion
"generalists" is not the rat or roach, but the humans.
