Pls don't be offended, but...did I miss something?  From what you say, it
is much more expensive than, say, Great Stuff (ea can is more even by the
pallet & fills a much smaller area due to lower expansion), it is sticky
and hard to work with (like the others), and is not available locally to
most of us.

What's the hook, why use it?  Maybe I am dense, but I will stick with the
much cheaper "stuff" unless there is something I missed??
